2. The service

Rooftopguide is an independent editorial guide to rooftop bars, restaurants and hotels. We do not operate any venue and do not sell bookings ourselves. Bookings made via links are agreements between you and the venue or booking partner.

3. Accuracy

We work to keep information correct, but opening hours, prices, dress codes and availability change. Always check with the venue before visiting. The content is provided "as is" without warranty.

4. Responsible drinking

The site concerns venues that serve alcohol and is intended for adults of legal drinking age. Please drink responsibly.

5. Advertising and affiliate links

The site is funded by ads and affiliate commissions. This never affects our rankings. See the affiliate disclosure.

6. Accounts

You are responsible for your account and must not misuse the service, scrape it at scale, or try to disrupt it. We may close accounts that break these terms.

7. Intellectual property

Texts, rankings and design belong to us or our licensors. Photos belong to the venues or their respective owners. You may not reproduce content commercially without permission.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for the services of venues and third-party sites. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory rights as a consumer.

9. Law and disputes

Swedish law applies. Disputes are settled by Swedish courts, without prejudice to consumers' right to sue in their home country. EU consumers can also use the EU online dispute resolution platform.
